Guarantee of Satisfaction

Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. We are confident you will be pleased with your print. If you do not like or are not satisfied with your order, please return the item or items within 30 days of the shipping date and we will exchange it or refund your money. All returns are subject to a 20% processing fee.

Return Postage and Insurance of the value of the piece is the responsibility of the customer. You are responsible for returning the print to us in its original condition, insured for its full value.

Please pad merchandise and return in the same condition it was sent in.

SHIPPING DAMAGE
If your print is damaged during shipping, please notify us immediately so we may notify our shipping agent. A representative will contact you to set up a time to inspect the package. Please keep all the packaging materials. Once we receive their verification of damage, we will produce a new print for you at no extra charge. Damage incurred during shipment is extremely rare.

All sales are final after 30 days from shipping date.

All Prints are shipped rolled in protective tissue paper in tough fiberboard tubes.
All returns must have a Return Authorization Number.
