RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from Bonnie Rannald's PhotoGraphic Expressions are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

Bonnie Rannald's PhotoGraphic Expressions and its associates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Bonnie Rannald's PhotoGraphic Expressions does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Bonnie Rannald's PhotoGraphic Expressions itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

PRINT SIZES DEFINED

Image sizes purchased from Bonnie Rannald's PhotoGraphic Expressions can range from 4" X 6" prints to 40" X 60" prints. These images unless otherwise stated, are produced in 35mm format which is approximately 1:1.5 ratio.

Download images will be sized as follows: 4"X6", 5"X7" and 8"X10".

Example: The 8" X 10" prints may be described as "FULL FRAME" or "FULL PRINT".
FULL FRAME download images will have borders on the long side, actual viewing image will be approximately 10" X 6.667". Whereas FULL PRINT images have been cropped and produce a full 8" X 10" viewable image.

PRODUCT DOWNLOADS

Bonnie Rannald's PhotoGraphic Expressions has provided a download feature on the website to the general public non-commercial buyer. A implied, non-exclusive, one time use rights license is provide to said buyer upon full payment and successful checkout. You may purchase a download image and print it out for your own non-commercial use.

Use of any download image as the basis for another photographic concept or illustration is a violation of copyright. In the event an infringement is discovered, you will be notified and invoiced the minimum of 10X the STANDARD FEE for unauthorized usage and/or prosecuted for Copyright Infringement in an Nevada U S Federal Court where you will be subject to a fine of US $150,000.00, and statutory damages per violation as well as all court costs and attorneys' fees.

By purchasing a download image, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this agreement.

APPLICABLE LAW

DISPUTES

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to Bonnie Rannald's PhotoGraphic Expressions or to products you purchase through Bonnie Rannald's PhotoGraphic Expressions shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in the state of NEVADA, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Bonnie Rannald's PhotoGraphic Expressions intellectual property rights, Bonnie Rannald's PhotoGraphic Expressions may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of NEVADA, UNITES STATES OF AMERICA, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrators award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
